Can I return my order? and can I get a refund?
All orders are returnable and refundable except for custom orders. We are here to help you find your desired wedding dress at a very affordable price. and our services are very simple. When you place your order, you can choose the size provided or send us your custom measurements and make sure they are accurate. It will take at least 5-15 days to prepare your wedding dress and when your wedding dress is ready, we will send you an email or whatsapp message with your wedding dress photos attached before shipping. you will receive your wedding dress within 18-28 days at most depending on your location. And please, we recommend you to leave your phone number when you order, it makes our communication with you easier
Can you deliver my wedding dress in 15 days?
NO. It is almost impossible for your wedding dress to be delivered to you in 15 days, in rare cases it has happened, but never with a custom order.
We only offer 15 days delivery for most of our products (95% of all our products are delivered within 10-15 days except our wedding dresses and our custom products such as bridal robes etc.
